RETURN POLICY:

   1. Returns are accepted up to 7 days after the purchase date  provided the watch, jewelry or sunglasses is in brand new and unaltered condition (unworn) with all  original materials and booklets intact. Watches showing any sign of wear or  that have been sized (by anyone other than Clifton Jewelersl) cannot be returned for  refund or exchange. Sizing your watch band by a qualified watch store will not  void the warranty of your watch.
    
    2. All watches are shipped with a return seal.  Do not remove this seal if you think you may wish to return your watch. This  seal must be present and unaltered for any returns.
    
     3. If you suspect that your  watch may be somehow defective, please notify Clifton Jewelersl immediately. Do not  attempt to repair the watch yourself or by anyone else.
    
     4. Watches with damage  due to abuse, misuse, owners neglect to follow correct operating instructions,  or water/condensation damage are not returnable.

     i. Defective watches (as  determined by Clifton Jewelers) will be replaced with the same model.
     ii. Charges for shipping, gift wrapping, rush processing, shipping  insurance, and extra watch band links are not refundable.
    iii. Once you place your order, we are unable to cancel your order and the terms of this return policy  apply.
    iv. Shipments that are refused or returned to us as undeliverable will be  processed as a refund according to this return policy.
    v. Freight or other  charges for all returns will be the responsibility of the  customer.
    vi. Exchanges, repairs, or other returns to customers will be shipped  by the carrier and method of our choice which may have shipping fees.

   5. All  returns must be approved by Clifton Jewelers and a valid RMA (return material  authorization) issued prior to returning the watch.

   6. All packages received by  Clifton Jewelers without a valid RMA will be refused.
